Jack Allston has spent over 30 years in the field of economic development. He has worked on dozens and dozens of site locations and expansions of companies such as: CB Sports, New Balance Athletic Shoe, Yuasa- Exide, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, CR Bard, Mallinkrodt, Nationwide Insurance, Hewlett-Packard, United Merchants and Manufacturers, James River.
For eight years he was managing consultant to Paragon Decision Resources, a major site selection and relocation company headquartered out of Chicago and California . While there, he wrote numerous plans, studies and reports and advised communities on how to develop and companies on where to locate. His clients included regions and communities throughout the Midwest, Canada, and California.

Mr. Kinnett has been in the Economic Development profession for over 30 years. He is currently President of The Kinnett Consulting Group and partner in Corporate Financial Services, LLC. These two companies deal with products including economic development consulting, business brokering, site location, loan packaging and incentive negotiations. Mr. Kinnett has worked with over thirty companies in assisting them on their location and financing issues. Previously he was the President of the Area Roundtable in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This organization handled all of the economic development efforts for Wood County, West Virginia.
He was instrumental in the development of a 400+ acre business park which houses Coldwater Creek with total employment of 800+ individuals, a public port, downtown and riverfront development initiatives. He also authored the Parkersburg/Wood County Foreign Trade Zone application, which became the first established FTZ in the State of West Virginia. He and the Corporation had also been involved in the ownership and leasing of two facilities in Wood County to area businesses and the development of a spec. building with total usable square footage in excess of 800,000 square feet with assets of $40+M.

Paige Webster has been working in site selection and economic development for nine years. Paige has had extensive site selection experience as he was the Western Regional Real Estate Manager for Aaron Rents. Paige was able to facilitate and expand the major retail expansion for Aaron Rents in the Western United States. Paige has also worked for a few development companies specializing in retail, office, and industrial properties. Paige has had experience in the economic development arena too. He was the former Economic Development Director for the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, and worked for the Arizona Department of Commerce as the Northern Arizona Representative, assisting companies to expand or relocate to the State of Arizona.
Paige resides in Phoenix, Arizona and has two small children.
