Driving in any big city can be intimidating, and offering a direct path for those visiting on business or leisure can alleviate the stresses of traveling in the city. While it's not as intricate as those rail systems in other cities (the El in Chicago, for example), it is definitely a step in the right direction. It's not going to be absolutely perfect in these early stages, but feedback from the community can help developers to make advancements where there are needed. I've read the pros and cons regarding light rail systems, and despite the larger price tag for purchase and upkeep, I still feel that the rail systems are more efficient than rapid bus transit. I never see many people riding buses in the Phoenix Metro area, and I assume that there is a reasonable explanation. Light rail vs. rapid bus transit — let's discuss...
