We are proud to be returning to the Rockford Area to conduct an important workforce analysis. The innovative methodology will include a resident survey and company interviews. It will uncover valuable underemployment potential and offer training recommendations!

We are exciting to be returning to Wayne County, IN (Richmond Area) to conduct fieldwork for the preparation of four target industry cost comparsion reports. These reports will compare costs versus select competitors based on hypothetical target related projects. The distribution center (DC) report will include a logistics model designed to estimate freight costs for DC projects. This model will be valuable for assisting DC prospects and for marketing. I enjoyed participating in the successful Professional Developers of Iowa (PDI) conference last week where I sat on a LEED development panel and was part of the “Dating Game!”. Julie Curtin with DCI (above) served as our groovy hostess! I learned a lot from my “date”, Washington County. IA! We are starting a new exciting project in Queen Creek, AZ, a business incubator feasibility analysis. We will be looking for “best practice” examples, if anybody cares to share!
